#TBT with @BettyCrocker
I have to admit I grow up with "real" mashed taters...while my hubby grew up on Betty Crocker Instant.
When we got married and I was working two jobs we took turns making dinner and he made Bettys spuds- I was hooked!! I love all the verities that are out now--the loaded mashed is my favoriate.
HOW DO YOU LIKE YOUR MASHED POTATOES??

I can't believe that instant mashed potatoes have been around for so long! I like my mashed potatoes with garlic and butter. YUM!
ReplyDeleteI love to use instant potatoes for recipes like my mom's comfort foods....so much easier! Did I just say that? Plus, I hardly ever have a bag of potatoes in the house!
ReplyDeleteI like real potatoes and mash them up myself.. or i like when my neighbor makes them all mashed up and lumpy!
ReplyDeleteWhat? They're that old? Holy frigging moly...Lord love a duck, I feel like an old lady. But growing up here in the valley of hell, yeah...i ate my spuds from a box
ReplyDeleteI prefer the real thing and have never tasted the boxed type. I don't think I ever will, either, unless I were starving LOL
ReplyDeletei hardly make mashed potatoes and when I do, I always use the instant brand..
