Today we are taking another adventure with Hugo the Happy Starfish.
I was thrilled when contacted to review a few more of Suzy Liebermann books. We enjoy this loveable character and great illustrations. The books always contains a great educational lesson too!
Come on a sea adventure with HUGO THE HAPPY STARFISH as he finds out that HAPPINESS begins with CURIOSITY.
On the ISLAND OF CURIOSITY Hugo and his friends are captures by a pirate, who wants to take away their happiness and their curiosity.
The little starfish fires up his imagination and manages to convince the pirate to become their friend. How he does it you'll have to buy the book and see.
At the end of the book Hugo hold a list of curiosity trates that can spark some wonderful conversation with you and your child!
I really recommend adding the whole Island Collection to your child's library.
You can find it on Amazon
The book comes with a number of worksheets which are downloadable at no cost on Hugo THe Happy Starfish website.
The book is offered in two editions (a version with Spanish introductory vocabulary and an English only version) as well as in different languages such as German, Spanish, French, Italian, and Portuguese.
