I few weeks back I received this e-mail about a razors---I have to admit I HATE shaving!!! So reading this got my attention-- Let's be honest. Guys' razors are just better.
It makes sense, since they're designed to keep even Don Draper's venerable jawline stubble-free from dawn to dusk. So instead of constantly "borrowing" razors from our men try out the van der Hagen's safety razor. I happily obliged to take the challenge.
Here are a few features included in van der Hagen's Traditional Safety Razor set:
- Teflon coated blades made in Solingen, Germany
- Five ice-tempered stainless steel blades
- Butterfly opening for quick blade change
- Short handle for better control
Equally sleek and gentle, this retro safety razor is sure to keep your limbs smoother longer. Plus, replacement blades are loads cheaper than lady razor cartridges; in fact, you can get a pack of blades for just $6 -- meaning you can save hundreds throughout the year BONUS! ! Are you ready to trade your pink plastic for some stainless steel? Trust me-after using this razor for a few days your legs will feel more ladylike than ever before...and you be thrilled you made the switch. Excuse the thick leg...but the point of that photo is to show how smooth the knees are --with NO CUTS!! The razor can be found at stores like Target, Wal-mart, CVS and Rite-Aid also on-line at Amazon--check out the full list HERE.

Looks like a promising product. But I have no need for this though, as I have very very sparse hair in my legs. :)
ReplyDeleteLucky you! I can shave sometimes every other day and it's not so bad but after that watch out!!!
DeleteLove that saying "be a lady...shave like a man." I need to invest in some high-quality razors for sure!
ReplyDeleteTHERE REALLY is a great difference--and less cuts!!
DeleteLike the title! I prefer to shave like a man though if that is ok.. lol
ReplyDeletefor you I'll make an acception ;}
DeleteMy husband started using a razor like this a few months ago and LOVES it. I am starting to think of investing in one for myself too.
ReplyDeleteThis sounds like a great product. I am "unlady like" at the moment. Shaving is a huge chore for me and requires extra spoons. Gotta love chronic pain.
ReplyDeleteI had one very similar to this one years ago. It was my favorite razor ever.
ReplyDeleteI seriously have hair that grows like crazy on my legs and could totally use this !
ReplyDeleteI hate shaving too. My poor husband is really tired of me using his good razors all the time :D
ReplyDeleteThis sounds like a good razor. I would try this one for sure. I love that it is short handled. Thanks for sharing.
ReplyDeleteThis is something I need to look into as razors are so expensive. My husband uses a lot of them.
