The line is one of the first to achieve non-stick perfection while remaining totally free of harmful chemicals.
The multilayerd coating makes for a greater heat conductor then most traditional pans. The pan cooks faster so you need to avoid over heating. I wanted to give two dishes that always leave my pans a mess a try.
GRILLED CHEESE AND EGGS!!!
They both cooked up very nice with no extra oil/butter needed and clean up was a breeze with a warm soapy dish cloth.
The Green Earth Pan can be cleaned in the dishwasher but for the best results Ozeri suggest you clean it with hot soapy water or a little lemon juice and rinse thoroughly!
I received a 10 inch pan, they also carry a 8 inch and 12 inch. You can find them on Amazon, Home Depo's website and Cooking.com. Lids are also available for purchase separately.
I give the pan a 5 star rating! I'm hoping to add the other two sizes to my kitchen real soon.
looks easy enough..... :D
ReplyDeleteVery nice, looks friendly to use and super easy to clean!
ReplyDeleteI don't blame you for wanting to add the other pans to the collection, they do look and sound great. I like Ozeri products.
ReplyDeleteThe pan looks fantastic and I really love the color. Cooking green is one of my goals too.

ReplyDeleteThe color is great!
ReplyDeleteI'm currently trying to transition to the "green" non-stick pans from teflon. I have tried a couple brands, and some seem to perform better and last longer than others. I hope you'll let us know how it goes after using it for a few months, from the durability angle!
ReplyDeleteI love how easy it is to clean up.

Thanks for sharing. I loving people who try to be more "green" and Eco friendly!
ReplyDeleteI have heard a lot of good things about Ozeri. I will keep my eyes open because I need to buy myself a new pan.
