Some uplifting quotes #PrayersforBoston

Today  is the date of the very first Boston Marathon. I'm sure many of you have been touch in one way or another by this horrific event, my family was in a panic for a few hours because my Aunt and her boyfriend were in the race and we couldn't reach their cells...we found out they had crossed the finish line about 5 minutes before. Still scary--but to read of all the great hero's who have helped is very uplifting. During this time of sorrow in our nation I though a few encouraging quotes to help give your spirits a lift back up,would be nice.

"He who controls others may be powerful, but he who has mastered himself is mightier still”
Lao Tzu
"Success is not final, failure is not fatal: it is the courage to continue that counts.”

Winston Churchill
“The greatest barrier to success is the fear of failure.”
Sven Goran Eriksson
“Limitations live only in our minds. But if we use our imaginations, our possibilities become limitless.”
Jamie Paolinetti
“People often say that motivation doesn’t last. Well, neither does bathing – that’s why we recommend it daily.”
Zig Ziglar
Try and fail, but don’t fail to try.”
Stephen Kaggwa

  2. Very nice post. I am truly hoping justice will be served-my Mother is currently in lock down inside her apartment after today's unfolding events in Boston, as is my ex-husband.
