This Easter Brunch switch up your desserts with a salty & sweet remix! With Snappers snacks, you can create your own unique cookie (like the Double Dark Caramel Fudge Snappers Cookies below), or enjoy them on their own for a simple, after brunch snack!
Snappers combine tradition and legacy for caramel, specialty peanut butter, proprietary pretzels and signature chocolate blends to create delicious, classic treats designed to be shared with family and friends. Using the same signature recipes passed down by their great grandparents, the Edwards siblings were inspired to create Snappers by their childhood memories of growing up watching their parents make confections at the family chocolate factory.
Dark Chocolate Caramel Fudge Snappers
Chewy, fudge, pretzel-coated cookies in less than 20 minutes start to finish! So easy these were to put together and the simplicity of the recipe makes it perfect for the kiddos to help.
Ingredients
- 1 package devil’s food cake mix
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1 bag of Dark Chocolate Sea Salt Caramel Snappers
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Finely chop Snappers into coarse crumbs. In a medium bowl, stir together the cake mix, eggs, and oil until well blended. Form a tablespoon of dough into a ball, then roll ball in crushed Snappers until coated.
Place the cookies 2 inches apart on the cookie sheet and bake for 8 to 10 minutes.
I also crushed some Milk Chocolate Peanut Pretzel Snappers and placed them on brownies and in a yogurt cup for a few more additional Easter Brunch treats
