#NewYearNewMe ~My Goals in March ~Photo Fun~

Did you make  resolutions???? Have you stuck with them???

I only have one main resolution---to make small goals that I can realistically keep through the year.
So one of my fist small goals will be to try something NEW TO ME  about the 15th of each month. I hope to share all my experiences with my readers. Could be trying out new foods, trying a new product that will make life EZ, making life healthier and FUN is the ULTIMATE goal.

My "NEW to Me" this month is trying a photo challenge... I've found a few for the rest of March & April.

While I will not have a blog post every day...I hope to do a week re-cap to keep me going and  I hope you stop in to see my progress.

I'll be mixing up the list...maybe I can get even more creative and use 2 or 3 list in one photo--I mean really how fun would "cook" & "throw it"  be-PIZZA anyone?!?!

#NewYearNewYear My Goal for Janurary

At the start of the year  we all make resolutions MANY so unrealistic we brake them after the first week. So I set one to try out "NEW TO ME" things once a month. I had this >> post  open for ideals (still feel free to add ) I got a few that I might have to try along with some of the ideals I already had.

One reader suggested journaling-- while it's not totally NEW  because I kept a journal as a teen--that was a lifetime ago!  I was planing on keeping a food journal. It is something I did before; I found taking the time to SEE what I'm putting into my body is a good motivator for me to CHANGE what goes in.

Keeping a journal for other random thoughts or following prompts never really crossed my mind. I first had to go out and find some cute  journals--NOT a hard task at all-narrowing it down to just two for now that was the struggle!

Keeping a journal you can write about ANYTHING!! Here are a few prompts I found that I'm going to try out!

  • Write a thank you note to a friend who gave you onion and garlic-flavored chewing gum. journal writing prompts
  • Draw an imaginary constellation. Write a story such as ancient people might have told about it.
  •  Describe a real made-up dream or nightmare.
  •  If you had to escort a visitor from outer space for a 30-minute tour of your community, where would you begin and end?
  •   Be a grape that becomes a raisin: describe how it feels to shrink, to shrivel, to become dry and wrinkled.
  • My favorite way to spend the day is…

  • If I could talk to my teenage self, the one thing I would say is…
  • The two moments I’ll never forget in my life are… Describe them in great detail, and what makes them so unforgettable.
  • Make a list of 30 things that make you smile.
  • Robert Frost write a poem titled The Road Not Taken.  Name a road you’ve always wanted to travel.  Where do you hope it takes you, and what might you see on the way?
  • Name one thing you always wanted to do, but haven’t.  What has prevented you from doing it?
  • Write about your first kiss.  Was it everything you wished or hoped it would be?
  • What was the worst mistake or decision you have ever made in life?  What could you have done differently?
  • What song was stuck in your head recently, and what were you doing at the time that made you think of it?
  • Describe 5 things you want to see or do before it’s too late.

The topics are endless. I hope  to keep this resolution- it can really be fun and will facilitate personal growth I'm sure.  Do you/would you keep a journal?

#NewYear NEW THING EACH MONTH #Resolutions #IDEALS

Did you make  resolutions????
I only have one main resolution---to make small goals that I can realistically keep through the year.
If I list a bunch of BIG ones I know I'll never get/keep---I start on a bad foot. =^(

A New Year’s resolution is a decision to do or not do something in order to accomplish a personal goal or break a habit. It comes at a time when people look back at the past year and make an effort to improve themselves as the new year begins. Taking small steps is the best way I've found to stick with it!!

So one of my fist small goals will be to try something NEW TO ME  about the 15th of each month. I hope to share all my experiences with my readers. Could be trying out new foods, trying a new product that will make life EZ, a DIY project, a juice cleanse, adding a new exercise to my workout....oh wait STARTING a workout, right now I'm just a speed walker time to change it up ~~LOL

I have an ideal of what January NEW TO ME might be, but I wanted to get some ideals from you....maybe these's something you JUST LOVE  and I've never thought to try
-----> just 2 guide lines for ideals. I have to be able to do it for $25 or less; no visits to the Great Coral Reef....and I WILL NOT cut or color my hair (personal reasons)

SO PLEASE SHARE !!!
