If you are on any form of social media you know Stop Motion storytelling is bigger than ever in today’s conversation. Social sharing is how kids communicate now, by creating pictures and videos and sharing them with their friends. It’s today’s new “traditional play pattern.”
Built on the success of Stikbot, a stop-motion animation super star designed to turn kids into moviemakers, Zing is introducing Stikbot Studio Pro, a new set with the capacity to shape kids imagination into infinite possibilities. This set is just about $20 and extra Stikbot figures start around $5 each - it is worth the investment because your children will spend hours playing with it!
First I must say the Stikbot Studio App is LOADS of fun, my Son and Daughter both made some creative still photos with it. I even enjoyed giving it a try.
The Stop-Motion animation just takes the joy too another level! This set includes a green screen stage, allowing you to easily upload your own photos, videos and animated backdrops as the background to their stop-motion movie. It’s the ultimate green screen on-the-go! Have a green Stikbot? Flip the set and use the blue screen. With the included prop boxes, users can easily create a 3-D affect, allowing your film to take place anywhere and everywhere!
Here's a short my Son created with a Bot having fun in an unusual way at THE HAPPIEST PLACE ON EARTH =D I think my Son really got a better appreciation for animation films after working on this for a while and only getting about 3 seconds ~LOL
The free Zing StikBot Studio app, available on iOS & Android, snaps individual photos and stitches them together into a film, complete with built in music, sound effect options and now animated backdrops. Stikbot are easy-to-post figures, built with suction cup hands and feet, which can stick to almost any flat surface. Let me tell you this toy doesn't take up very much space and the creativity flow is ENDLESS.
i love stop motion so i think this sounds really cool. this is a great way to inspire kids to pursue careers in the entertainment industry
