SAHM who loves to give her opinion---Product reviews & giveaways, a peek into my life with active kids.....and MORE
:) I did this with my kiddos too!! They picked out Elmo and my oldest loved the Skylander page.... My hubby got a bit nervous though when my 2 year old son got excited over the girl toys lol
he's all about the InnoTab games and Leapfrog
We've had some cool magazines come to our house too and my daughter is having a blast picking out her wishlist.
I remember doing this with the JCPenny and Sears catalog =)
This is lovely! I love watching how much kids just appreciate learning. They soak it all in don't they?
it's fun watch such different ages too
I used to love to go through my moms Christmas catalogs to wish for things. :)
great memories =)
Since childhood I have a love on looking catalogs, wishful thinking and sometimes being able to get items for free just by doing favors to catalog owners and now that online living is more active I still use catalogs to order some items that can't be found online.
oh my Son has become an Amazon expert too--they have wish list on there so he adds to it through out the year-for Birthday and Holidays.
I think my kids looked forward to this each year to get to see what was available and make a wish list from it.
How fun! I remember doing this with several toy catalogs when I was little and the holidays were drawing near! I bet they pick out some awesome stuff!
My daughter grabbed a Sharpie and promptly went to the kitchen table and set to work circling all of her wished for items when this showed up in our Sunday paper. So funny!
This gave me a trip down memory lane as well!! My kids LOVED looking at the holiday catalogs :)
I remember when my kids were little and did this. Heck, I remember when I was little and went through the Service Merchandise big catalog. Wow, I'm aging myself here. LOL
My children loves to make "Wish List" collages with the Toys R Us catalog. They have so much fun every year!
Your kids look like they are having the best time. Kids in a candy store are cute, but your kids with a toy catalog are even cuter.
Looks like they are having a great time, hopefully they didnt try and spend too much
This is something my parents did with me and my brothers, but with the Sears Wish Book, back in the days when they printed it. I do it with my youngest using the sales circulars just like you did with this, he loves just looking and I see what excites him.
I did this when I was a little girl too. I would cut out the image of the item I wanted and past it into a Christmas list to Santa. LOVE!
This looks so fun! love the pics! looks like they were really getting into it!
My girls love looking through the Big Toy Book! They have already told me several things they want for Christmas.
love to hear your thoughts......
