:) I did this with my kiddos too!! They picked out Elmo and my oldest loved the Skylander page.... My hubby got a bit nervous though when my 2 year old son got excited over the girl toys lol
Since childhood I have a love on looking catalogs, wishful thinking and sometimes being able to get items for free just by doing favors to catalog owners and now that online living is more active I still use catalogs to order some items that can't be found online.
My daughter grabbed a Sharpie and promptly went to the kitchen table and set to work circling all of her wished for items when this showed up in our Sunday paper. So funny!
I remember when my kids were little and did this. Heck, I remember when I was little and went through the Service Merchandise big catalog. Wow, I'm aging myself here. LOL
This is something my parents did with me and my brothers, but with the Sears Wish Book, back in the days when they printed it. I do it with my youngest using the sales circulars just like you did with this, he loves just looking and I see what excites him.

ReplyDeleteYour kids look like they are having the best time. Kids in a candy store are cute, but your kids with a toy catalog are even cuter.
ReplyDeleteLooks like they are having a great time, hopefully they didnt try and spend too much
