Now that school is back in session, it's also the start of a plethora of afterschool activities-soccer, play practice, one club or another. My daughter is at school for more than 75% of her week! I like making sure she has a wholesome snacks to get her through the extra long days. One new item we've tried is Healthy Choice Greek Frozen Yogurt, she takes it in her insulated lunch bag with two ice packs. Her choice of the week this week was the caramel swirl with a handful of crushed nuts. She feels like it's her own ice cream sundae.
Each spoonful of Healthy Choice Greek Frozen Yogurt is a real treat that they can indulge in anytime, without guilt. Each variety is made with no artificial flavors, real nonfat milk and live, active yogurt cultures to create just the right creamy tartness. You can find it in your grocer’s freezer aisle, with Healthy Choice meals or other frozen novelties. It’s a perfectly cool treat on its own or in simple recipes.
