Anna Todd, a debut novelist from a small town in Texas, is a viral web phenomenon fairy tale for the digital age.

Last spring, the 25-year-old army wife and One Direction überfan parlayed her love for reading and the British boy band to create the young adult romance series After. Every few days, Anna used Wattpad, a free social reading and writing app, to publish a new installment.

 Todd’s After originally wrote entirely on her phone as a hobby—is now being turned into a four-book series by Simon & Schuster, with the first installment released in October. Paramount Pictures has acquired the film rights to adapt the After story for the big screen.

The plot of After revolves around young Tessa and her on-again, off-again relationship with Hardin Scott, inspired by One Direction
 singer Harry Styles...not my personal pick from the band but doesn't take away from the captivating story.

Every few days, Anna used Wattpad to publish a new installment. Her fanfic love story swelled to over 2,500 pages and has been viewed more than a billion times!!

One of the greatest benefits of Wattpad is a direct connection between readers and writers. Readers receive notifications whenever a new chapter of a story is posted. Many writers share their work serially: posting stories one chapter at a time, so readers keep coming back. As soon as a story is uploaded it can be accessed by millions of readers around the world.

Resolutions

Did you make  resolutions????
 I only have one---to make small goals that I can realistically keep through the year =)

If I list a bunch of BIG ones I know I'll never get/keep---I start on a bad foot. =^(


A New Year’s resolution is a decision to do or not do something in order to accomplish a personal goal or break a habit. It comes at a time when people look back at the past year and make an effort to improve themselves as the new year begins. Taking small steps is the best way I've found to stick with it!!

The main topic flashed across many magazines now   is "FRESH START"... "BRAVE NEW YOU"..."NEW LOOK FOR 2015"...You get my drift how to make changes something I know we all "plan" for the new year but by January 4th...all is lost =}

When recieved this and was pleasantly surprised--very powerful fan--yet looks sleek in the room.  I love the timer feature and my Hubby loves the remote!  It was a little tricky to put together and on a rug does have a lil wobble to it. I also like the cutout feature  for the cord.

Walmart Toyland #ChosenByKids Event InnoTabMax #Review

The past few weekends Wal-Mart has been hosting a toys #ChosenByKids hands on display at store around the USA. Our family was invited to become official toy testers.

The Wal-Mart was set up rather small and only a few toys were out to try but my Son enjoyed himself! The lady who was demonstrating was very friendly and engaged my usually quite and shy Son into quite a lengthy conversation

about what he wants for Christmas.

There were toys from the Northpole movie, Some Mega Bloks, Olaf was there and Nerf guns. Olaf was very cute to try out - He has 4 quotes all from the movie and he sings and sways to "In Summer"

Building the racetrack with the Mega Bloks was my Sons highlight of the trip.

#REVIEW Emma Learns to Sprout ( children's book about nutrition)

This is a simple book teaching how to Sprout. I much like Emma had never herd of this process. I like how simple put this concept is. Emma learns to sprout or grow lentils, chick peas, beans and that you can even sprout sunflower seeds...They taste good and full of protein, iron and vitamin. If you kids love to help out in the kitchen and you want to 
encourage  healthy habits this is the book for you!! Age suggestion is 3-8.
