@MyDandies and Caramel Bread Pudding #Foodie #vegan #recipes


Family Fun and FOOD!! Tis the Holiday season! I've got a few recipes you can try  using Dandies Mini Marshmallows.






ABOUT Dandies are the first Non-GMO Project Verified marshmallows on the market. Dandies & Caramel Bread Pudding
This bread pudding recipe is super easy and so comforting. Enjoyed on a lazy Holiday  morning when you have decided to stay in PJ's all morning<--best way to enjoy the day!!

Ingredients

  • 1 Baguette — Cut into cubes
  • 1 Cup of  Dandies Mini Marshmallows
  • Sea Salt Caramels  — Unwrapped and chopped into chunks
  • 2 Cup Milk
  • 3 Tbsp Butter
  • 1 Tsp Pure Vanilla Extract
  • 1 Tsp Cinnamon
  • 1/2 Brown Sugar

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a saucepan on medium heat combine milk, butter, vanilla, cinnamon and sugar. Stir until sugar is dissolved. Remove from heat and pour mixture of the cubed bread. Add the caramels  and Dandies Marshmallows. Give an easy stir to make sure all the pieces of bread have absorbed the liquid. Transfer to a greased baking dish. Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown. Enjoy!

The winner, Trudeau’s Round Cake Pan is one of eight cake, cookie and muffin pans integrated with Trudeau’s exclusive reinforced steel rims for secure handling and Supra Silicone, a patented, seamless manufacturing process providing a flexible non-stick, easy release surface.  I was pleased to be offered the opportunity to put this pan to the test.




 First I have to mention that I've cooked with a few virility of silicone  pieces for different purposes- one thing I have noticed about a few it there is an odor when cooking with them-NOT WITH THIS PAN!! It did live up to the promise of a easy release, it was almost spotless when done cooking I did a quick wash with hot soapy water and it looked brand-new. If I was in a rush I could have put it in the dishwasher, because the cake pan is safe in freezer, microwave and dishwasher. It also comes with a Lifetime Warranty.


For bakers from beginner to pro this pan is a MUST HAVE in your kitchen!

FUN AND TASTY WAYS TO USE A MUFFIN TIN FOR BREAKFAST #recipes #foodie

HAM & SPINACH MUFFINS

Ham And Spinach Muffins



Breakfast muffins are the best invention for busy mornings.  Pop a muffin in the microwave for 15 seconds and then take it to go! 







  
2 cupAll-purpose Flour
½ cupParmesan Cheese
1 TbspBaking Powder
½ tspSalt
¼ tspPepper
1 cupSkim Milk
3Eggs
¾ cupLow-fat Cottage Cheese
¼ cup. stickButter, melted
¾ cupDiced Smoked Ham
1Large Onion, chopped finely
⅓ cupSpinach
DIRECTIONS:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees and line muffin pan with paper muffin cups. In a large bowl combine dry ingredients (flour, Parmesan, baking powder, salt, and pepper) mixing until blended. In another bowl whisk wet ingredients together (milk, eggs, cottage cheese, and butter). Stir wet ingredients into dry ingredients until combined then fold in ham, onion, and spinach. Divide batter evenly among muffin cups and cook for 25 minutes. Let cool for 5 minutes and serve.

SPINACH & CHEDDAR MUFFINS

Spinach & Cheddar Muffins

Treat yourself to a healthy and hearty dish. This spinach cheddar muffin recipe is perfect as either side or a delicious breakfast.
2 cupsAll-purpose Flour
2 cupsFresh Baby Spinach
1Egg
1 cup2% Milk
6 TbspButter, melted
2 tspBaking Powder
½ tspBaking Soda
1 cupCheddar Cheese, cubed
½ tspKosher Salt
DIRECTIONS:
Preheat oven to 350 °F. Line a muffin tin with nonstick liners.
In a large bowl mix the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
In another large bowl, mix the spinach, egg, milk, butter, and cheddar cheese.
Slowly pour the wet ingredients into the flour mixture and combine well.
Evenly distribute the batter into the muffin tin cups.
Bake for 30-35 minutes.
