Fruit Up Your Hydration with Cascade Ice Organic Sparkling Flavored Waters #ad

We have worked hard to cut sodas out of our diet. We have grown very fond of the Cascade Ice Sparkling Water line of drinks. This water is a great replacement because we still our fizz fix  =) You can enjoy them straight out of the bottle, or get creative and mix in other ingredients. Below are a few low-cal recipes using fresh fruit that families are sure to love.

Berry Blast Smoothie
Pick out your favorite types of berries and apples to try the Berry Blast Smoothie. To create one, mix 1 cup of apple slices, 3/4 cup Greek yogurt, 1/2 cup soy or almond milk, a handful of fresh berries and 4oz Cascade Ice Organic Mixed Berry sparkling water in a blender. Blend until smooth and top with a few more fresh berries.

Melon Mixer
Start with 3oz of Cascade Ice Organic Blueberry sparkling water. Then pour 1oz of club soda. Stir it a bit and add several slices of watermelon and blueberries for the final touch. You’ve just added two servings of fruit to your family’s diet!

 GREEN CITRUS GODDESS

(this is for 2/3 servings and is a thicker recipe...so add more of the water to get the consistency you like.)

1 apple, 1 Lime, handful of spinach & kale, 2 oz Cascade Ice Organic Citrus Twist, 2 oz Cascade Ice Organic Grapefruit.

I'm sure you and your family will find one of these drinks making their way into your day soon. Maybe you'll be adventurous and create a mix recipe all your own.
