IT'S OFFICIALLY SUMMER!!!
The weather’s heating up and families across the country will be heading to pool parties, shoreline to cool off, or maybe going to hike in the woods.

Now you have to ALWAYS have some basic essentials like suit, towels, sunscreen, but what about the extras??
Like this Buglet
It is a reusable, all-natural insect repellent slap bracelet for kids. The bracelet houses a pumice stone face dial that absorbs and emits a mild scent of the insect repellent oil. The oil never touches the child as it is directly applied to the pumice stone, so it is great for kids with sensory and skin sensitivities. You just add more oil as the scent fades and more protection will be needed if the stone gets wet.
The repellent oil contains 100% natural oils with 100% active ingredients. There is zero DEET or harmful toxins in this product. WINNER in my book already---but when my daughter headed out with a friend for a picnic at the State Park I knew it would be the perfect place to give the buglet a try. She did pack another spray just in case but never took it out of her bag! Went for a half hour walk and no bug bites!
So easy to apply the oil and snap on! There are a verity of vivid colors and animals you're sure to find one that your child will love. The faces are interchangeable too. Check out more information at the website keep up to date with them on their Facebook page --> HERE Cannot wait to see what other cute creatures they come out with next--my daughters suggestions-Blue Butterfly or Silver Snails.
I have a friend who wore something like that to a moms night bonfire. She said it worked really well. And those around her said the bugs stayed away from them too.
ReplyDeleteI've never heard of this sort of bug bracelet--it's a genius idea though. Forget the kids--I need this for my husband and I, too! We get eaten alive here during the summer. Thanks for sharing this with us!
ReplyDeleteThat sounds win-win for the kids and us too, especially if we're out camping or on the hiking trails!
ReplyDeleteI love this idea. I never even heard of these and now I want a few. Thanks for sharing.
ReplyDeleteThis is an awesome idea! I hate when the bugs are bothering me, and I really dislike those sprays with deet!
ReplyDeleteI've never heard of the Buglet! That's awesome! There are so many insect repellents on the market, but it's scary how many use toxic ingredients. I will definitely be looking into these for my toddler.
ReplyDeleteOk, I'm definitely getting this! We live next to the beach so we get bugs all the time. This is perfect!
ReplyDeleteThis is fantastic. Never heard of the Buglet before but now I gotta have it!
ReplyDeleteI need this for my little girl!
