Julia Dweck has done it again!! We met Quinn is a fairy sprite who dreams of becoming queen. But how does one become a queen? You'll have to read the boo to find out-I love the great rhyme of the story. The story encourage children to dream big!! The message was clear to me as an adult, it's also spelt out at the end of the story, for the benefit of children

 As always Ms Dweck has included some great activities at the end of the book. I'm sure every little Princess will ask you to read it over and over again!!

Jump! Children #BookReview

Julie Dweck has done it again! Another "MUST HAVE" book! This one will literally get your kids thinking OUTSIDE THE BOX!!

We meet A timid Jack-In-The-Box toy was frightened and confused when he accidentally jumped out of his box. He felt disgraced outside the safety of his familiar box.

He met a new friend named Barker. Jack and Barker embarked on many "jumping" adventures. The great rhyme bold color and silly adventures these two go on will have your children asking for more. They might even want to try a few of the jumps Jack and Barker do in the story.

As always there are extra fun pages included in the book--I love the Amazing(but true) Jump facts can lead to some great teaching moments!

Also there are some more great book in the near future!!! CANNOT WAIT!

BOOK REVIEW ~~ Blucy~~ Get it #FREE TODA Y 10/7

For every cat lover out there-- and even if your not so fond of the felines your kids will enjoy  this cute story with great illustrations!

Blucy is a cat that Mandy has  picked out at the pound. She was very mischievous and got into a lot of trouble and made Mandy a little frustrated--but she keeps trying to win over her new furbabies heart.

It's fun to change up the color too--see how creative your child can be--what if Blucy turned green where could she hide how might that change the ending??

This is a book you children will want to read over and over (BELIEVE ME!!!) Julia Dweck's book should be in every child's library. I'll let you  in on a lil secret---)

Children's Book Review "Mary had a Sleepy Sheep"

 As a former pre-K teacher  I love finding great children's authors.Reading is a passion I tried to instill in my classroom and now at home with my own children.  Julia Dweck is a "new" author to me. I was pleased when I was approached to review a few of her e-books. "Mary Had a Sleepy Sheep"  is not your average children's  nursery rhyme. In this hilarious story, poor Mary has one very VERY sleepy sheep named Sheppard. Her desperate attempts to wake Sheppard lead to water fun and shaving cream too!!! I love the fact that her little cat Whiskers helps Mary out.
