Researchers have recently coined the term "Nomophobia." The word, an abbreviation for "no-mobile-phone phobia", is the fear of being out of mobile phone contact. Whether you fear losing your mobile phone, running out of battery, or not having network coverage, the thought of being out of contact with friends and family can cause anyone anxiety.
