Waldorf Salad The crunchy sweetness of the grapes contrasts the slightly sour bite of the apples.  The fluffy marshmallows and vanilla yogurt
make this feel like you’re eating dessert, but the walnuts make it filling.

3 cups apple

2 cups  Marshmallows

1 cup celery

1 cup of sliced grapes

1/2 cup  Walnut Pieces

1/2 cup  vanilla yogurt

Mix all ingredients until well blended.Serve immediately. Or, cover and refrigerate until ready to serveIt’s cold and fresh with a lot of different textures, which I love.

Sweet potatoes are the perfect side dish to any holiday meal. Slightly smokey, perfectly sweet and as always, 100% vegan.
