The latest BzzAgent Champaign I'm doing has me thinking of a menu change I never really saw coming. MEATLESS MONDAYS!! For the past few weeks I've tried the Morning Star Veggie Burger and the Mediterranean Chickpea Burger and I'm loving both of them; and so is the rest of the family!
The Veggie Burger is loaded with mushrooms, carrots, bell peppers,water chestnuts, and more makes for a great light sandwich for dinner. If you really want to kick it up a notch try the new Mediterranean Burger it has chickpeas, spinach, Roma tomatoes, and traditional Greek herbs and spices. Really you don't even feel like your eating a veggie burger and about 70% less fat then a beef burger!

my daughter really likes these burgers. I have not tired them but they smell great!

ReplyDeleteWe have tried the Mediterranean ones and really like them. I can't stand the crunch of the watercress in the original, but my husband likes those, too. Meatless Mondays sound like a fun thing to do!
