As a member of MomSelect I was pleased to have the chance to try out the Esio Hot & Cold Beverage Dispenser, as well as a variety of Esio's MultiServe E-Paks. Aside from the good drinks you have cold/hot water available at all times. We no longer have a water pitcher taking up space in our fridge. We can also instantly make oatmeal!
Directions are rather simple.

I really do like the Esio system but there are some issues I have with it. Minor issues and I think they could easily be resolved-new machines -takes some time to get out the kinks =^D First it's very slick looking, yet rather large for a counter top (witch is very limited in my kitchen) but fits well on a TV tray table in the corner, and the packets take up no space at all. I did save a whole shelf in my fridge on juice and using only this machine. This might be only an issue for me with my tiny kitchen, so you have to weigh the pros and cons for yourself. Another issue for me is how it dispenses. About 40% of the time the water spits out and creates a splash sending both water and whatever drink your making, all over-The biggest splashes seem to be when your changing from cold to hot or hot to cold. With the kids having a smaller cup-its not so EZ to let them get a drink with out returning to a mess. I think just having a little longer nozzle where the water comes out, or having separate hot/cold slots may decrees the splash factor.
We brought it out for a few Holiday gatherings....that bring up the last issue,at a party in my own home -I just set up a drink station.(really cool Carousel is also available just not in a store near me right now =(--have to order on-line)At home its good---bringing it to a party NOT so good.
For parties outside the home --hubby got a little bit of a work out!! =) I realize the machine is more for in your own home, but if you wanted to bring it to a party,[and if you have such a cool gadget who doesn't!?] there is no EZ way to transport the machine. One party I was asked to bring the juice...Esio has a great selection of V8, Crystal Lights flavors, and sport drinks so I brought the machine-the guest loved the array of flavors to choose from, and the host liked they didn't have 7 bottles of half empty juice bottles after the party was over. Hubby said unless they make a carrier for the machine "NEVER again." our house only.

Over all I love this system and as the title states--its the only system your family will need. Our family gave it 4 1/2 stars out of 5
You can find more info at Esio website and you can buy the Esio counter top beverage system, e-paks, and carousel at Walmart.
